5. Merchandise Store

The official Opsters eSports Merchandise Store is provided via Spreadshop and may be embedded on or linked from our website for your convenience.

All purchases, payment processing, order fulfillment, shipping, and returns related to merchandise are managed entirely by Spreadshop.
Any legal, transactional, or privacy-related matters concerning the merchandise store are governed by Spreadshop’s own terms, conditions, and privacy policy, which can be reviewed on their platform, typically during the checkout process. Opsters eSports is not responsible for transactions or issues arising from the Spreadshop platform.

6. Limitation of Liability
