Opsters eSports Clan Family Halloween League Finals

New Group Stage Format:

Each player will now face every other player in their group.
The top 2 players from each group will advance to the final stage knockout brackets.

Final Stage Format:

The knockout stage will include a Losers Bracket, giving players a second chance to fight their way back into the competition.

Game Mode:

Best of five singles matches. Duel style so different cards in each deck. No repeat cards.
Levels: Tournament Standards (Level 11)

Banned Cards:

All cards and evolutions released after 1st October 2024 are banned from this league.

Group Stage:
Round 1: Must be completed by Friday, 4th October 2024 at 2pm BST
Round 2: Must be completed by Monday, 7th October 2024 at 2pm BST
Round 3: Must be completed by Thursday, 10th October 2024 at 2pm BST

Final Stage:
Round 4: Must be completed by Sunday, 13th October 2024 at 2pm BST
Round 5: Must be completed by Wednesday, 16th October 2024 at 2pm BST
Round 6: Must be completed by Saturday, 19th October 2024 at 2pm BST
Round 7: Must be completed by Tuesday, 22nd October 2024 at 2pm BST
Round 8: Must be completed by Friday, 25th October 2024 at 2pm BST
Round 9: Must be completed by Monday, 28th October 2024 at 2pm BST

Additional Information

Match Dates: Players were given dates to complete their matches and organized match times with their opponents.

Forfeit Wins (FW): If an opponent did not respond within 48 hours, it was reported to the league managers on Discord to receive a forfeit win. Additionally, if a match time was agreed upon and the opponent did not show up within ten minutes of the scheduled start, they were disqualified.

Match Results: Players recorded their matches and uploaded the results. Each player had a designated folder for uploading match results. A message containing a link to these folders was sent to all players.

Important: Any matches not recorded did not count and had to be replayed within the given date. This was a requirement as the league will be put on YouTube for advertising purposes to attract more sponsors for future leagues.

Penalties: Abusing players, using the same cards more than once, not providing video proof of results, and not attending matches resulted in instant forfeits.

Disqualification: If both players did not claim a forfeit win (FW), both players were disqualified.

Note: Seeds for league brackets changed automatically upon the league starting to prevent players from looking up their opponents before the league began.
